Spray or Gel?

You may be wondering which is best for your pet…. PetzLife spray or gel? Both work equally as well. It really depends on your comfort level in working with your pet.

 

 

Directions:

Removing buildup:

Apply twice daily until plaque and tartar has dissolved. (noticible results in 30 days) Results may vary.

 

As a preventative:

Apply 2-3 times per week (can be used daily)

Application:

Use recommended dosage and apply the spray or gel to into the pet’s mouth, directly on the gumline if possible to speed up results.

FOR BEST RESULTS, WITHHOLD FOOD AND WATER FOR AT LEAST A HALF HOUR AFTER APPLICATION.

Gel Tips: Apply gel onto fingers and wipe onto the animals teeth and gums. Even wiping on the outside of your animals lips will do the trick as they will naturally want to lick it off. For cats, you may dab gel on top of their paw as they will lick it off as well.

Spray Tips: For best results, hold animals lip up and spray directly onto the gum line. Do not worry if you cannot spray gum line directly as the product will still work with the saliva as the animal licks it around.

Brushing is not necessary, but brushing in between applications speeds up the process. If your pet pulls back during the application, do not be alarmed as they are just not used to the taste.

How do I track my order status?

Feel free to track your order anytime at your convenience by following the steps below:

  2. Once logged in you can see the status of your delivery on the page.

 

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do?

You will be informed on the courier company and its tracking code which is assigned with your order parcel. If you can't track the order on the courier partner's website tracking page, the parcel may just have been passed to the respective partner. The tracking information with our partners will be available within 24 hours after the fulfilment notice to you.

Please contact us at happycustomer@waggylove.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your order's delivery status by the next business day after the fulfilment notification. We will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

 

What are the shipping/delivery rates?

West Malaysia
Waggymeal charges a flat RM15 shipping/delivery rate per order for deliveries to the whole of West Malaysia.

Free shipping for orders above RM149.

East Malaysia
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight to East Malaysia.
First 2kg - RM30
2kg - 3kg - (+) RM15/kg
>3kg - (+) RM10/kg

E.g. Parcel weight:
Example 1: 2.8 kg, delivery fees = RM45
Example 2: 4.8 kg, delivery fees = RM55

Note: Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout that available in the Order Summary before you proceed with payment. 

 

When will I receive my order?

After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for credit card payment/iPay88 option or bank deposit option via Maybank transfer), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • West Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
  • East Malaysia: 5 - 7 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

 

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?

Please reach out to us via e-mail at happycustomer@waggylove.com or call +603 2630 8427 immediately if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigate the matter for you right away. If there is any arrangement for separate items delivery would have been informed to you in advance.

 

Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?

We are able to pre-arrange/schedule the date of your delivery if it is beyond the indicated next 3 working days for West Malaysia or 7 working days for East Malaysia.

 

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel of order on working days only. Exceptions are given on case-to-base basis for special request on weekend deliveries and additional charges may apply.

 

I need my order immediately, can Waggymeal speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. However, Waggymeal will do our best to ensure that your order reach you in soonest time possible and we have in some cases been able to deliver on the same day. Depending on the delivery queue as well as time and location factors, some orders may reach customers earlier within the promised period.

 

I have just received a notification e-mail saying that my order has been fulfilled. When will I receive my order?

Once you receive the notification of fulfilment, you should be able to receive your order within the promised delivery time frame of 1-3 business days for West Malaysia locations and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia locations. 

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours with the details of the courier partner in the same notification e-mail.

 

How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by delivery queue, product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

 

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. 

 

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

Is there any area in Malaysia where Waggymeal cannot deliver to?

Waggymeal can deliver to all serviceable areas.

 

Does Waggymeal offer international shipments?

International shipment is not available at Waggymeal at the moment.

 

Can Waggymeal deliver the package to my office?

Waggymeal can deliver to the address as indicated during checkout, whether it is your house or office address.

 

Can I pick up my order at Waggymeal office?

Waggymeal currently does not provide our customers with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
