Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 3 to 5 working days.
What is the minimum purchase value?
At WaggyMeal, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery. Minimum spend amount per order is RM75.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via GDex and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do you have a range of delivery timing?
Yes! Waggy delivers, Mondays - Fridays, 12pm-6pm.
Payment & Purchase Procedures
How do I make a purchase?
To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your Waggymeal account or waggymeal.com/account/register
Next, search for the items you would like to order. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or, click “Shop by Pet” to browse different categories. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the orange button that says “Add to Cart.”
After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the orange button that says “Proceed to Checkout.” While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. At this time, we only ship within Malaysia. Next, add your select your payment method. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, click the blue button that says “Complete Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order.

Did you receive an incorrect items?
To begin, we sincerely apologise for what has happened. Regardless of the problem, we are happy to help and eager to resolve the issue quickly. To do so most expeditiously, please contact us at +(60)125052527 or e-mail us at email@example.com. Please reference your order number and provide us with a brief description of the issue you are facing and we will determine the best course of action to quickly address the case.
How can I exchange my items?
We will do our utmost best to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Waggymeal.com. We look forward to you returning and share all your pet-loving friends and family members about us!
If for some reason we have let you down or things did not go as planned, we are more than happy to help you get the issues solved as soon as possible and set you up with a return for your item(s) or order. However, here are a few restrictions on returns, as follows:
No returns on products under RM30. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns under RM30 unless you would like to ship the item back to us with a shipping carrier of your choice at your expense.
No returns on opened product. Therefore, please ensure that you make your purchase selections carefully!
Returns will be subjected to a return shipping fee, depending on the retail price of the item(s) being returned. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total credit/refund amount for the item(s) being returned, subject to the following tier:
RM30.00-RM149.99, return shipping fee of RM15
RM150.00-RM299.99, return shipping fee of RM30
RM300.00+, return shipping fee of RM50
